Some house rules :
1. 5,000/- security deposit in cash to be submitted at check in 1pm which will be refunded at the time of check out.
2. Outdoor music and pool usage till 10pm.
3. Original ID proofs of at least 3 people to be submitted at check in.
4. Smoking and hookah allowed in the balconies. There’s a designated smoking area inside the living room.
5. Only Gas, refrigerator available can be used in the indoor kitchen to make basic things like tea coffee maggi etc.
6. Speakers available at villa, however if the guest wish to carry one they can play music till 10pm after which not allowed.
7. Cooking meals inside villa not allowed.
8. Nonveg consumption is strictly not allowed.
9. Pets Not allowed at Villa
